3D-Laser Cutting Systems

Features
Fives’ 3D laser cutting systems are ideally suited for demanding cuts.
- Range of laser power: 1 to 10 kW
- Steels & Non-ferrous metals
- Typical cutting thickness: up to 15 mm (for steel)
- Customized machine feeding: gantry, robot, manipulator
Complementary Fives modules are integrated into the laser cutting cells, for achieving the upstream & downstream operations:

Advantages
- Systems delivering a high-productivity along with a high accuracy
- 3-Dimensional geometries and precise cuts
- Depending on the material involved, different processes are possible: fusion cutting, flame cutting and sublimation cutting
- Little or no dross/burr on exit side
- Minimal heat affected zone (HAZ)
- Minimal tooling cost
- Both CO2 and solid-states laser can be integrated
Tailor-made solutions can be developped on request for cutting applications which are not compatible with our standard equipment.
